The translation process
When a client contacts us for a translation, the following information is necessary to assess a potential job:
Language, subject, extent, deadline\urgency, format (Word / PDF / other), and special requests.
Following agreement on the details,the client is asked to attach the material to a written confirmation of the Job Order, which will include:
- Client's name
- Contact info: phone/ cell phone, email/ residence or business address
- Agreed rate
- Agreed deadline
The transfer is made by email, fax, mail, or personal delivery.

Submitting the translation

When the translation project is completed, it's delivered to the client as agreed by email, mail, or personal delivery (printed and\or CD)
The project is designed according to the original design, unless the client asks for a different one.
Attached to the completed translation, is a payment request.
The manner of payment can be via PayPal, to a deposit into a specified Postal Bank account, a written check or wire transfer.
After the actual payment an invoice/receipt is sent to the client.
During the entire process, we're available to the client for any matter.
